CONTRAST THERAPY
A private sauna and cold plunge experience designed to support recovery, circulation, and mental clarity through heat and cold
Introduction
Contrast Therapy combines the steady warmth of an infrared sauna with the refreshing cool of an ozone-filtered cold plunge to support circulation, recovery, and nervous system balance. Moving between heat and cold encourages the body to adapt, helping you feel more energised, resilient, and refreshed.
Sessions take place in a private room designed for comfort and relaxation. The cold plunge is set at an approachable temperature and is entirely optional, allowing you to settle into the heat and introduce cold when it feels right.
Benefits
Contrast Therapy is widely used to support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation and improve circulation. Moving between heat and cold encourages the body to adapt, helping ease soreness, boost lymphatic flow and promote a grounded sense of wellbeing.
Many people find the practice enhances mood, sharpens mental clarity and supports stress management through controlled exposure to temperature changes. The refreshing cold plunge can help increase alertness and calm, while the warmth of the sauna promotes relaxation and detoxification.
With consistent sessions, contrast therapy can strengthen the body’s natural recovery processes, build resilience and create a powerful ritual for resetting both body and mind.
