INFRARED SAUNA
Settle into the gentle warmth of our infrared sauna, designed to ease tension, support recovery, and promote deep relaxation
Introduction
Infrared sauna therapy warms the body directly, creating gentle heat that relaxes tight muscles, improves circulation, and eases stiffness without the intensity of a traditional sauna.
Your session takes place in a private room fitted with a spacious Clearlight sauna and everything you need to settle in. Fresh towels, comfortable seating, premium shower amenities, and electrolytes await you, with space to stretch, breathe, or simply switch off.
This is your invitation to recharge.
Benefits
Infrared sauna therapy supports detoxification, improves sleep quality and reduces stress, while the deep, soothing heat encourages muscle recovery, eases joint discomfort and promotes healthy circulation. Many guests also experience clearer skin, a gentle cardiovascular lift and a noticeable reduction in chronic tension as the body settles into the warmth.
The heat activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deeper relaxation and helping to calm both body and mind. It may also support healthier metabolic function as core temperature rises.
With consistency, these benefits build. Regular sessions become a restorative ritual that improves mood, enhances overall recovery and supports a greater sense of wellbeing day to day.
