Unlimited Membership Options:
$5,500 per year (upfront payment) or;
$500 per month (12-month minimum term)

You can book and attend as many sessions as you like across infrared sauna, contrast therapy, and PBM red light, subject to availability and fair use.

Yes, sauna can be used daily as long as you are hydrating adequately between sessions. Other members like to enjoy a few sessions a week, or switch between contrast therapy and red light therapy each day.

Absolutely. Unlimited access allows you to start gently, explore different modalities, and build confidence over time without pressure.

Yes. Unlimited members receive priority booking, making it easier to lock in your preferred times.

Yes. Private rooms are available for solo or shared contrast therapy sessions. Our standard rooms fit up to 3 guests and our large rooms fit up to 4. Additional guests can attend for $15 each per session.
